My background is Insurance, having worked for the AAIS and Endsleigh amongst others. I formed LAB Medico Legal Services in 1996 and developed this to become one of the top five Medico Legal companies before selling my shares in 2002. I joined UKIM in January 2004 and am primarily responsible for overseeing the growth of the Company but also sharing a joint responsibility with the rest of the Management Team for the overall development of the company based on the philosophy of Excellent Customer Service.
Likes: Newcastle United, travel, scuba diving, reading, soul music and the Internet.
Dislikes: Sunderland, poor customer service (everywhere today), political correctness and insincere people. |

allocation of instructions. With my knowledge of all of UKIM's
processes, I am also able to help other teams when needed.
Likes: shopping, sunny holidays, weekends, cooking and cleaning.
Dislikes: hangovers, having less then 8 hours sleep, spiders,
diets and exercise.
