Facilities and Systems :: The operation and administration of our office is subject to stringent service levels with all work handled on the day of receipt and telephone calls answered swiftly and deliberately without the use of a call queuing system. Case documentation is stored directly onto the system by document imaging and therefore the office is virtually paperless, save for incoming post. Our office functions are divided into three main areas: Operations, Business Development and Finance. The Operations area itself is divided into three main divisions, Client Services, Expert Management and Insurer Liaison. Our operational system is ‘Proclaim Medico Legal’ provided and supported by Eclipse Legal Systems from their offices in Bradford, West Yorkshire. |
